Cook Over Real Fire
The centrepiece of every BBQ Grill House is the wood-fired grill — a purpose-built cooking surface designed for high-heat searing, slow smoking, and everything in between.
A built-in prep counter, hanging rail for utensils, and integrated firewood storage keep everything within reach. The open-plan layout means guests can gather around the fire while the cooking happens.
Optional add-ons include a cast-iron plancha plate, adjustable grill height mechanism, and a smoke hood for enclosed cooking in shoulder seasons.

Washroom
Comfort Without Compromise
A fully fitted washroom means guests never have to leave the space for the basics. Hot water, a operable toilet — all housed in a compact, well-insulated unit.
The washroom pod is designed to integrate seamlessly with the main structure, sharing the same timber cladding and roofline. It can be positioned to the side or rear depending on your site layout.
All plumbing is pre-fitted and pressure-tested before delivery. Connection to mains water or a rainwater harvesting system is straightforward on arrival.

Off-grid power & fuel
Run Anywhere, Year-Round
BBQ Grill House is built for remote sites. The off-grid package includes a solar panel array, lithium battery bank, and a wind turbine option for sites with consistent airflow.
Power runs LED lighting throughout the structure, a 12V USB charging station, and any low-draw appliances you choose to add. A backup generator hookup is included as standard.
Firewood is the primary fuel source for cooking and heating. An integrated log store holds a full season's supply, and the structure is designed to season timber on-site over summer for winter use.

Customisation
Built to Your Brief
No two sites are the same, and no two BBQ Grill Houses need to be either. We work with you from initial brief through to final specification — adjusting footprint, orientation, cladding, and internal layout to suit your land and your guests.
Cladding options include untreated larch (silver-grey over time), charred timber (Shou Sugi Ban), and painted hardwood. Roofing can be turf, standing seam metal, or cedar shingle.
Internal upgrades include a sauna pod, cold plunge tub, additional sleeping loft, and bespoke joinery. Lead time from order to delivery is typically 12–16 weeks.
